Grilled Hanger Steak with Roasted Potato Wedges & Peas
Hanger Steak:
1 Hanger Steak ~0.5lbs
1T Montreal Steak Seasoning
Potato Wedges:
3 Idaho Potatoes cut into wedges
2T EVOO
1T Crushed Rosemary
1T Kosher Salt
1T Black Pepper
1t Garlic Powder
Preheat grill to as hot as it gets.
Preheat oven to 450F for potatoes
While grill heats, combine potatos and olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and place on a sheet pan.
Cook for 30 mins.
Just prior to grilling, season meat with Montreal Steak Seasoning
Grill 3 minutes on each side for rare.
Remove from grill, tent with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice against the grain.
Serve with green peas.
