3 Idaho Potatoes cut into wedges<br />
2T EVOO<br />
1T Crushed Rosemary<br />
1T Kosher Salt<br />
1T Black Pepper<br />
1t Garlic Powder<br />

Preheat grill to as hot as it gets.<br />
<br />
Preheat oven to 450F for potatoes<br />
<br />
While grill heats, combine potatos and olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and place on a sheet pan.<br />
Cook for 30 mins.<br />
<br />
Just prior to grilling, season meat with Montreal Steak Seasoning<br />
Grill 3 minutes on each side for rare.<br />
Remove from grill, tent with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.<br />
Slice against the grain.<br />
Serve with green peas.<br />
